RETURN AND REFUND POLICY from Cruzefit
BACK In principle, all products can be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. Replace unworn with unused, unwashed can be left out if it says unused in the original packaging The return must be accompanied by the completed return form. We also ask our customers to provide a reason for the return so that we can improve where necessary to avoid unnecessary returns. If payment has already been made, the amount of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method used. The return can be sent back by post. The costs are to be borne by the customer. Please also note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We, therefore, recommend tracking the package with the package tracker. Responsibility passes to us once the return has reached our warehouse. We will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the return.
